History:
Formed in 2017, Into the West is an acoustic duo based in Vernon, BC. The name comes from an Annie Lennox song with an elusive, epic feel. Heading west, out to sea on a big adventure is a great life metaphor, and seemed like a decent band name! Rose Anne plays cello and Art plays guitar and both sing.

2025:
We were excited to return to the Bean Scene Coffee House in Vernon Saturday February 1. Our session was well attended despite the wintry weather (played Gordon Lightfoot’s Song for a Winters Night!). We’re booked back at the Bean Scene May 30 from 1 - 3 pm.
